Licensee Information

A license agreement offers sources, support and training. We will only send this agreement to those serious and having the where-with-all to manufacture dolls.  A license agreement will clarify expectations and royalties paid to Joy's Waldorf Dolls for sales finished dolls and derivatives such as pre-made heads, wigs, pre-sewn bodies and clothing made from Joy's Waldorf Dolls patterns. 

Exclusive United States Doll License

I am looking for one, larger business that will be able to make/produce dolls on a level that will meet the needs as an exclusive licensee for the US. market and even world wide as I have done in the past. You may not remember my 75 page website from 1999 to 2009 that accommodated many options and choices for custom dolls, kits, clothing and doll making supplies and tools.
One needs to be able to actively market and advertise with high resolution images using programs like Adobe Creative Suite.
Fabric and yarns and wool batting need to be purchased in large wholesale quantities. I would expect that 50 dolls a month will be made in various styles and the space to accommodate the materials and dolls.
Shipping options one is to offer should include UPS, Fed EX and USPS.
One will also need to accept payment by credit cards, Paypal and more if possible.

Shipping

Shipping charges will be the actual costs plus a $2.50 handling fee per box/item. 

UPS and Priority Mail or Parcel Post –whichever is most economical or expedient: (Continental US ) Let us know if you would like to use your shipping service.

Tax and Duty Fees:
Your country may charge additional taxes or duties on your order when it enters your country. You are responsible for paying any additional charges.
Actual charges will apply + a $2.50 Handling fee. An additional 3.9% will be charged if paying by PayPal or you may choose to pay the PayPal fees rather than a check in US funds. We favor Priority Mail International - Insured for its quickness and reliability. Tracking is only available with Express mail at a higher cost. We have a lower cost shipping service available for orders over 50 pounds.

 Return Policy
We offer an unconditional money-back guarantee on any undamaged goods returned in salable condition within 15 days of date received.  The refund will not include the shipping amounts.  The refund will occur within 30 days of date received merchandise. Contact us first to make the arrangements.
